PAYMENT

Payment can be made online with Apple Pay, Paypal or by credit card payment to Rare Atelier. For any questions you may have, please do not hesitate to get in touch,

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

We are happy to ship outside of Denmark. Kindly email your details to shop@rareatelier.com and we will return with a shipping quote.

SHIPPING  

Products are shipped from Rare Atelier in Copenhagen, Denmark within 3 days of receipt of payment. For very fragile items, kindly allow for up to 6 days. Goods are insured during shipping and must be inspected by the customer upon receipt. Any damages must be communicated to us on the day of receipt in order for the insurance to be valid.

RETURNS 

All products can be returned within 14 days of receipt - kindly notify us of the return by email prior to dispatch. Rare Atelier will refund you for the full amount minus shipping cost. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer - we kindly ask you to make sure the products are safely wrapped and insured. We will be happy to help you with any inquiries you may have.

VAT

Unless specified otherwise, items are sold under the VAT margin scheme and VAT cannot be deducted. Kindly note that Products shipped from Denmark to countries outside EU may be subject to customs and import tax charged by the recipient country.

Rare Ateliers collects your name, contact details, purchase and payment details. This information is used uniquely to provide you with the best possible client experience.
